Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam via SF Express international cross-border delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the SF Express website.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. MASYN.CO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
